NO BAKE PIN WHEEL COOKIES

Hi all,

Before I start the recipe, I would like to share the secret(s)behind this dessert/snack. I observed that my kids inclination towards biscuits has considerably come down. They had become quite choosy and would  not like to repeat flavours. Also, my own interest to eat biscuits(even the digestive, oats)ones weren't too great ( it was not so when I was in the super market!!!!!). The result-- a big box filled with biscuits accumulated over the last month!!!

Found this recipe in the internet, I tweaked it and added my creativity. Thanks to Mrs.Archana Gowra for inspiring !

BASIC INGREDIENTS

1.Left over biscuits
2.water/milk for mixing(add according to qty)
3..Nutella chocolate spread/Jam/marmalade/any CHOCO sauce

PROCEDURE

STEP1:

Grind biscuits in a  mixie or alternatively crush them well with your hands.

STEP 2:

Now add milk/water so that you can make a dough .Add water/milk little by little

STEP 3:

Place the ball on top of a cling wrap or any plastic sheet. Place  another plastic sheet/cling wrap on top and roll  to make a round shape like this.

STEP 4:
Remove the cling wrap on the top and spread the chocolate spread(or spread of your choice) on top .

STEP 5:

Now ,gently roll using the cling wrap so that it doesn't break.

STEP 6:

Refrigerate for 15 minutes and cut them into 7mm circles using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter.

Your delicious PIN WHEEL COOKIES are ready!!! You can send this for your Kid's TIFFIN BOX or surprise them with these at any time.
In fact you can stylishly serve these cookies when they get their friends home. You can make these in 20 minutes and am sure they would be raving about these cookies to their MOMs.

I am sure you are excited to try these right now.....

HAPPY COOKING!
