Tandoori Pudina Chutney | Restaurant Style Mint Chutney for Snacks andRoti | How to make Tandoori Pudina Chutney | Stepwise pictures

Hi SUPERMOMS,

We all love the light green mint chutney that is served along with tandoori snacks or rotis. I often make  it at home. This is yet another tasty, tangy and flavourful chutney that is a perfect match to pakoras and samosas.

It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare this chutney....all you need is a fresh bunch of pudina leaves.

This chutney tastes best when the leaves are fresh!

The basic ingredients are:

In a mixer, grind the pudina leaves, onions, ginger, green chillies to a fine paste. Pour it in a bowl, add lemon Juice and salt according to your taste.
CHEF TIP :

1.For a bunch of pudina leaves, I use one large onion. If you do not like the taste of raw onion, you can substitute it with 2 tbsp of thick yogurt and grind in the mixer.
2. You can grind pudina leaves with a one green chilli and 1/4 cup of thick yoghurt. Add a tsp of lemon juice and salt to taste. restaurant style Tandoori Pudina Chutney is ready in minutes.

HAPPY COOKING!

With love,

MASTERCHEFMOM
