Hi Supermoms,

As our biggest festival "Diwali/Deepavali" is just round the corner , I am all excited and working overtime in my kitchen to share easy and yummy Sweet and Savoury recipes with you all.

Today I am sharing a" 5 minute , No Cook Rabri Recipe" . With just a handful of ingredients, this is an extremely handy and a great tasting recipe.

Just imagine pouring this Rabri on top of Jalebis, Balushahi or hot Moong Dal Halwa or Gulab Jamun ...Oh My !!! My mouth has started watering ...let's get to the recipe...I know you have so much of other preparations to do.

5 Minute No Cook RABRI :

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : 0 minutes
Serves: 6

Ingredients :

6 White Bread Slices ( Cut the Corners)
4 tablespoon Condensed Milk
5 to 6 strands of Saffron soaked in a tablespoon of hot milk
5 Blanched and Peeled Almonds ( Sliced thinly)
5 Blanched and Peeled Pistachios (Sliced thinly)
200 ml Milk + 1/4 Cup Extra

METHOD :

1. Collect all your ingredients .

TIP : I soaked the saffron strands much earlier. I had also blanched and peeled my dry fruits.

2. Take a large bowl and roughly tear your bread slices into smaller bits using your hand.

3. Pour 200 ml of Milk ( One Cup) on top of the bread and mix .

4. Now add the condensed Milk and sliced dry fruits. Pour the saffron milk and mix again. After 5 minutes,  check whether the Rabri is too thick , if so , add 1/4 cup of Milk and mix again.

Your delicious Rabri is ready to be served ! Rabri tastes great when served chilled !

Wishing you all a Joyous Festival and Happy Cooking !

With Love,
