Nellikai Chutney | Usirikaya Pachadi | Amla Chutney | Gluten Free and Vegan Recipe

Usirikaya Pachadi

Hi Supermoms,

'Amla' is known as 'Amruth'( nectar of life) in Ayurveda. It is also known as the 'Sarva Roga Nivarani'( medicine for all diseases). Amla is filled with anti -oxidants, anti- aging properties and the vital Vitamin C that helps in absorption of various nutrients from the food we eat.

It is so important to consciously include this great fruit in our daily diet in some form or the other. I have earlier shared some recipes like  Amla Chutney Podi/Nellikai Podi , Amla Rasam, Amla Pickle/thokku for you all to try.

Today, I am sharing another delicious recipe using gooseberries. The best part is that the chutney is so tasty that you will like to eat it just like that!

You can enjoy it with hot rice or with dosa/idli/upma/phulkas/chapathi etc.,

A must try !!
